The most popular time to enjoy a Cascadia Miniburger is during Happy Hour, Monday – Saturday, 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. At least that's what the Food Network found out. As for the most popular way to eat a Cascadia Miniburger? That, dear friend, is entirely up to you. Now, we aren't known for our mathematical prowess, but at last count — with your choice of three different miniburgers (classic beef hanger steak, wild king salmon or veggie on a fresh-baked bun), ten different options (from Vermont cheddar to grilled Walla Walla onions to bbq'd lobster) and seven different details (including Dijon mustard, homemade mayo and classic tartar sauce) – there are 393,216 possible combinations. Which is a few hundred thousand more than you'll find anywhere else. And at Cascadia, we wouldn't have it any other way. You, of course, can have it any way you want.
