Special Menu Events: Some highlight a particular ingredient (such as truffles), others celebrate a particular day (such as St. Valentine's), and still others exist simply because Chef Sear had an idea. No matter the reason, Cascadia Special Menu Events are available for only a day, maybe a week or a month, so enjoy them while you can.

All Month Long: Whether it's champagne by-the-glass, our singular Valentine's Bubble menu, participation in the "Dine Around Seattle" event or something Kerry dreamed up and wants to share, every month at Cascadia brings something unique that lasts for not just an evening or a week, but All Month Long. Food Network: Giada's Weekend Getaways
We couldn't have imagined a better way to start 2007 than by participating in the premier episode of Giada's Weekend Getaways, Giada De Laurentiis' newest show on the Food Network. The best part was having Giada at Cascadia for a full day of killer food, great conversation and a ton of serious fun. Forever gracious and always energetic, Giada — as well as her entire crew — hung out at Cascadia all night, visiting with the staff, venturing in and out of the kitchen, and extolling the virtues of our Alpine Martinis, Miniburgers and much more.

Kerry's Cooking Classes – In the Kitchen with Kerry: Join Chef Kerry Sear in the Cascadia kitchen for a day of expert cooking techniques and ideas for entertaining. Each class begins at 11 am, revolves around a themed, seasonal menu, and finishes with a three-course lunch in the Cascadia dining room. $95 - $125 per class.
Chef Sear’s Cooking Classes are also available for Private Groups.

Kerry's Market Tours: Whether you're looking for a midweek meditation or a TGIF moment, the Pike Place Market should be your goal and Kerry's Market Tours could be your means. Go organic on Organic Wednesdays or farm-fresh on Farm Fridays — on either day you'll start with Chef Kerry Sear's morning walking tour of the Market and plenty of insider tips. After a quick stroll to Cascadia Restaurant, you'll finish with a cooking demonstration and a three-course lunch with wine. $75 per person, per tour.

Cascadia Wine Events and Champagne Dinners: Join us as we welcome winemakers and the best of their wines and champagnes from the Pacific Northwest and around the world. Some events feature exclusive menus prepared by Chef Kerry Sear while others offer appetizers in a more informal and relaxed setting. No matter what you prefer, these one-of-a-kind events allow you to experience wines and champagnes from small, stand-out vineyards known for their devotion to the art—and joy—of winemaking. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to event date are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.
